Mokanna’s Cigar Aficionados is an association within M.O.V.P.E.R, infused with Cigar lovers who enjoy good fellowship. The concept of M.C.A was raised by a question from Candace Harper, “Why don’t you start a cigar club”, poolside at the 131st Supreme session on July 02, 2021, with the following prophets in attendance P.M Ralph Huerta (Beersheba Grotto), P.M Mark Victoria (CHI-ILL Grotto), P.M Ivan Lugo (CHI-ILL Grotto), P.M Marty Kwilosz (CHI-ILL Grotto), P.M Gabriel Sanchez (CHI-ILL Grotto), P.M Matt Fisher (Nox Lux Grotto), GCOG P.M Jeff Davis ( Yusef Khan Grotto), P.M David Bucciarelli (Samis Grotto), P.M Jay Hicks (Kumntakit Grotto) and P.M Earnest Sparks (Zaman Grotto).

The Foundation of MCA was not established until later that day with P.M Manny Lozada (Ormazd Grotto), P.M Mark Victoria (CHI-ILL Grotto), Grand Marshal, P.M Marion Humphreys (Samis Grotto) P.M Ralph Huerta (BeerSheba Grotto) and Grand Monarch at the time P.M Tali Atala.
