Mokannas Cigar Aficionados Application

To the Governing Body of MCA under the Jurisdiction of the Supreme Council
I, the undersigned, respectfully pray to the Cigar Gods that I may be initiated into the mysteries of MCA
and become a member of Mokannas Cigar Aficionados.
I declare that I am unbiased by the improper solicitations of non-Cigar smokers or by people who smoke swisher sweets and influenced by only the members of MCA when it comes to cigar smoking. I freely and voluntarily offer myself as a candidate and will follow all Bylaws of MCA and any officers empowered by MCA.

Article VIII – Fees
There will be a one-time fee due after the successful completion of a petition for membership. In exchange for these monies, each member will receive a membership pin, membership card, and membership patent. This fee will change based on the cost of the aforementioned items and therefore cannot be set in these bylaws.
