Grottoes can form their own lounges subordinate to Mokanna Cigar Aficionados (The Supreme Lounge of the Order)
Subordinate lounges can be formed if they submit a request to the MCA secretary

Subordinate Lounges are required to have:
Manager (President) – elected annually (You can be re-elected if you’re doing a good job) Elected manager must be submitted to MCA Secretary for approval of the MCA President
The manager does not have to be a Grotto officer or Past Monarch

Other officers may be elected as necessary

Any monies raised shall go to the current Grand Monarch’s charity of choice

All Subordinate Lounges must procure the official MCA Banner (Contact the MCA secretary)
Subordinate Lounges may create and display their own banner which shall be approved by the MCA President (this is not mandatory)

Subordinate Lounges may create and display their own logo which should match their banner and would be automatically approved if the banner was previously approved by the MCA President

Subordinate Lounges may create their own website, social media page/group, etc., and can have their link(s) shared on the MCA website.
